FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique for separation of grain mixtures. ^ SUBSTANCE: centrifugal-screen type separator has charging throat positioned above conical shell, plated drum fixed on drive shaft within cylindrical grain screen provided with brush, and conical dividing screen. Undersize screen is additionally disposed between conical shell and grain screen. Plated drum is made two-sectioned so as to define undersize section with plates arranged at an inclination angle beta=40-45 deg to radius in direction of rotation. Said plates are provided with plated strips defining slit-type screen with width of slits ▵ smaller than thickness of basic material layer between cylindrical undersize screen and undersize section plates. Cylindrical portion is provided at inner side of large base within conical shell. Devices for reducing of grain mixture circumferential velocity provided on cylindrical portion are made in the form of blades having width equal to two equivalent radial diameters of grain particle. Circumferential velocity reducing devices are arranged at pitch two times as large as the pitch of undersize section plates. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in cleaning of grain from small-sized contaminants. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
