PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fabric for an eco-friendly cloth is provided to enhance eco-friendly property of a fabric and to ensure packaging or wrinkle recovery property. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a fabric for an eco-friendly cloth comprises a step of dyeing a woven fabric with polyethylene(PE), polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT), polypropylene(PP), polybutylene terephthalate(PBT), or polyester-based elastomer(PEE) with non-harmful dyeing agent. The non-harmful dyeing agent contains: two or more compounds selected from 15-26 wt% of compound containing p-phenylenediamine, m-aminophenol, p-aminophenol, o-aminophenol, toluene-2,5-diamine, or p-methyl aminophenol; 1-5 wt% of green tea powder; 0.1-2 wt% of antioxidant, 5-12 wt% of thickener including guar gum; and 30-45 wt% of surfactant. The fabric has a woven fabric(10) and a coated layer(20). |
