PURPOSE: A liquid cargo loading and unloading apparatus is provided to stably and continuously load liquid cargo on a moored vessel even if a relative motion is generated between a floating marine structure and a transport destination. CONSTITUTION: A liquid cargo loading and unloading apparatus comprises a loading arm(121), a connection unit(130), and a weight compensation unit. The loading arm is installed in a floating marine structure and has a supply pipe connected to a liquid cargo storage. The loading arm comprises a support arm(122) and first, second, and third arms(124,126,128). The support arm is installed on the top of the floating marine structure. The first is rotatably installed in the support arm. The connection unit is installed in the loading arm and connects the supply pipe to a recovery pipe of a transport destination. The weight compensation unit balances the loading arm. |
