PURPOSE: A propulsion device for reducing vibration and noise and a ship including the same are provided to reduce cavitation by increasing a speed of fluid flowing through a rear side of gear housing. CONSTITUTION: A propulsion device for reducing vibration and noise comprises a gear housing(14), a propeller(13), a duct part(16), and a shielding member. The gear housing comprises a gear transferring the driving force to rotate. The propeller is connected to the gear housing and generates the driving force. The duct part is installed in the gear housing and opens and closes the outside of the propeller. |
