PURPOSE: A vegetation mat including a biodegradation rate controlling member, and a seedling raising structure including thereof are provided to prevent the interference of the vegetation mat to plants growing inside the vegetation mat. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation mat(10) including a biodegradation rate controlling member comprises the following: a base member formed with a biodegradable material; a mat unit with a cover member formed with the biodegradable material, combined to the upper side of the base member using a connection unit for forming a filling space on the upper side of the base member; a vegetation member filling the filling space, and including the biodegradation rate controlling member; and seeds inserted into the vegetation member. The biodegradation rate controlling member is strains including alternaria, yeast, or microorganisms for promoting the biodegradation rate of the base member and the cover member. |
