PURPOSE: A chair in which a left plate is inclined is provided to strengthening back and muscles. CONSTITUTION: A chair in which a left plate is inclined comprises leg parts(11) which vertically arrange metal pipes, a vertical part(15) which is formed to install a back, a horizontal part(12) and a front leg part(112) which is curved in the downward, and a left plate(4) which is rotatably coupled with the horizontal part. In the left plate, a connection bracket is formed at the lower side.
