PURPOSE: A pulse analyzing system using optical coherence tomography for oriental medical and the method are provided to implement high definition by changing lateral resolution according to the lens of a sample stage. CONSTITUTION: A light tomographic apparatus photographs the pulse of the human body. A pulsating extracting device extracts a photographed pulse image. The pulsating extracting device analyzes the extracted image and generates pulse data. An image processing unit changes the photographed pulse image to a tomographic image. A layer separating unit divides the image having no noise into each layer according to the peak of the image.
