PURPOSE: An eddy frequency measuring device is provided to prevent a fracture due to external shock or a case of repeated curving by an eddy. CONSTITUTION: An eddy frequency measuring device comprises the following details: A body(310) is adhered outside of a structure within the occurrence of an eddy. An eddy frequency measuring part(200) comprises an piezoelectric film(210) and an electrode(220), and measures the eddy frequency. The piezoelectric film is fixed in a side of the body, generates a deformation due to a vibration caused by an eddy occurred in the structure, and generates an electronic signal. The electrode is placed on an extended line of the piezoelectric film, fixed in another side of the body, and generates the electric signal caused by the deformation of the piezoelectric film. An eddy frequency confirming part confirms coincidence of the natural frequency of the structure and the eddy frequency measured by the eddy frequency measuring part.
