<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen panel is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce manufacturing costs by manufacturing the touch screen panel without an inter-layer insulating film between an x-axis electrode and a y-axis electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first hybrid electrode(20) includes first electrode cells arranged in a first direction, and first connection electrodes connecting the first electrode cells in the first direction. A second hybrid electrode(30) includes second electrode cells separated from the first hybrid electrode, arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, and placed between the first connection electrodes, and second connection electrodes connecting the second electrode cells in the second direction. The first hybrid electrode includes a first lower transparent film(21) and a first metal film(23), both of which are successively laminated.</p> |
