The invention relates to a device for connecting two pipe ends (1, 1', 1' ', 2, 2', 2'') using a coupling part (3, 3', 3'') and a plug part (4, 4', 4''), wherein the coupling part (3, 3', 3'' ) comprises at least one concentric recess (5) in the interior and the plug part (4, 4', 4'') comprises at least one circumferential recess (6) on the exterior surface in the overlapping area, and wherein the coupling part (3, 3', 3'') comprises at least one opening (7) in the area of the recess (5), through which at least one flexible retaining element can be inserted into each annular channel formed by the recesses (5, 6). In order to simplify releasing the connection by removing the chain, and particularly sealing again after a long period of time and under extreme conditions, and to allow the same without the known simple construction design, the invention proposes that the retaining element is implemented comprising a lock and two ends, said ends being able to be inserted in one direction each into the circumferential annular channel through the opening (7), thus locking the two pipe ends (1, 1', 1' ', 2, 2', 2'' ) axially to each other. |
