PURPOSE: A low reflection coating method for application on a glass substrate having a micro uneven surface is provided to promote durability and transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate is washed. The coating solution of the metalloid oxide nano particle aqueous dispersion is coated on the surface of a glass substrate. The coating solution of the metalloid oxide nano particle aqueous dispersion includes hydroxide ion providing agent or fluoride ion providing agent. The surface of the glass substrates is turned upside down. The glass substrate is baked by ultraviolet radiant heat or convection heat. |
