PURPOSE: A lighting member and a lighting device including the lighting member are provided to reduce light flux by patterning a micro lens array on a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device includes an optical source unit(110), a diffusing unit(120), and a light collecting unit(130). The optical source unit includes a light source and a frame for mounting the light source. The optical source unit has a flat pattern. The optical source unit adheres to a surface for emitting a light of a light source unit. The diffusing unit is formed on a sheet or a substrate diffusing light. The diffusing unit diffuses light incident through a surface.
