<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a string for a back contact solar cell is provided to improve bonding strength by combining a lateral part of a wafer to be vertical to a longitudinal direction of a solar cell string and mutually connecting wafers. CONSTITUTION: A wafer supply unit(100) supplies a solar cell wafer. A ribbon supply unit(400) supplies a ribbon which connects neighboring solar cell wafers. The solar cell wafer and the ribbon are transferred to from a main conveyor unit. A microwave induction heating welding unit(200) welds the ribbon onto the neighboring solar cell wafer. The microwave induction heating welding unit includes a coil support body, an induction coil unit, and a power supply unit.</p> |
