PURPOSE: An active guard protector of a truck is provided to actively deal with a collision generated by the rotation of the truck by moving down the protector even 200mm of a ground clearance. CONSTITUTION: An active guard protector of a truck comprises left and right actuators(100), left and right upper protector members(200), left and right lower protector members(300), sensor units(400,410), and a control unit(700). The left and right actuators are in parallel and fixed perpendicular to the left and right end portions of a vehicle body between front and rear wheels of the truck. The each actuator comprises a cylinder, a piston, and a piston rod(110). The piston is vertically moved in the inside of the cylinder. The piston rod is joined to the piston, thereby being extended downward through a lower hole. The left and right upper protector members are respectively joined to a left side of the left actuator and a right side of the right actuator and stretched to front and rear directions between the front and rear wheels of the truck. The left and right lower protector members are joined to the lower parts of the piston rods of the left and right actuators by a hinge shafts(500) of a lateral horizontal direction. The control unit delivers electrical signals to the left and right actuators when the sensor unit senses the existence of protrusions on the ground, thereby independently moving up the piston rods.
