PURPOSE: An HA(High Altitude) remote capturing device is provided to acquire accurate images by maintaining an angle which is fixed by a camera regardless of an external motion. CONSTITUTION: A camera(110) includes a gimbal(120) in order to be rotated around a plurality of shafts(122,124,126,128). A camera rotating unit(130) of the gimbal rotates the camera around the shaft. A boom bar is connected to the gimbal. A length of the boom bar is able to be controlled. A position sensing unit senses the posture of the camera. A control unit receives a sensing signal of the position sensing unit. The control unit provides the posture set by controlling the camera rotating unit to the camera.
