PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a status monitoring device for a wheel in which discrimination information corresponding to the respective wheels is easily and accurately registered without use of a specific registration equipment and intentional registration work. SOLUTION: The status monitoring device for the wheel for receiving a radio signal including measurement information WI radio-transmitted from the respective wheels 40 and the discrimination information ID by a receiving antenna 20, and for individually determining the status of the respective wheels 40 in an information processing part 1 based on the measurement information WI and the discrimination information ID demodulated in the receiving part 30, is provided with a following constitution. The information processing part 1 has: a memory means 2 for storing intensity information RI indicating electric wave intensity of the radio signal corresponding to the respective receiving antennas 20 and the discrimination information ID; an integration means 3 for integrating the intensity information RI for every receiving antenna 20 and discrimination information ID; and a determination means 4 for determining the discrimination information ID corresponding to the respective wheels 40 positioned near the respective receiving antennas 20, based on the integrated intensity information RI.
