PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the increase of a serial resistance by forming a molybdenum oxide layer with a higher reactivity than a contact resistance layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A molybdenum oxide layer(300) is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A light absorption layer(500) is arranged on the molybdenum oxide layer. A front electrode layer is arranged on the light absorption layer. A contact resistance layer is arranged between the molybdenum oxide layer and the light absorption layer. |
