<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a method for fabricating the same, and a light emitting device package are provided to disperse holes injected to an active layer to different well layers and to improve luminance. CONSTITUTION: A second type conductivity semiconductor layer is formed on a first conductivity type semiconductor layer. An active layer(119) is arranged between the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and the second conductivity type semiconductor layer. The active layer includes multiple well layers(131) and multiple barriers(133). The barriers include a first barrier and a second barrier. The second barrier is arranged between a first well and a second well layer.</p> |
