PURPOSE: A rustproof treated temporary street facility and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain rustproof effect and UV cutoff effect by coating the surface of a metal material with a zinc oxide layer and a paint layer. CONSTITUTION: A rustproof treated temporary street facility(GP,70) is manufactured by bending, punching, and assembling a metal material(K), which includes a zinc oxide layer(11) and a paint layer(12) painted on the top surface of the zinc oxide layer. The zinc oxide layer is formed by spraying powdered zinc oxide onto the surface of the metal material using static electricity or by spreading liquid zinc oxide.
