PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to prevent holes and electrons from being trapped in dopants and to improve luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A first hole transport film(221a) is positioned in the upper part of a first electrode(211). A first luminous film(223a) is positioned in the upper part of the first hole transport film. A first electron transport film is positioned in the upper part of the first luminous film. An electric charge generation film is positioned in the upper part of the first electron transport film. A second electrode(215) is positioned in the upper part of the second electron transport film.
