A waste chip separating apparatus for a recycled aggregate manufacturing line is provided to employ a simple structure of exchanging only resilient wheels periodically and to produce aggregates of high quality by remarkably separating waste chips in the aggregates. In a waste chip separating apparatus for a recycled aggregate manufacturing line, right and left wheel shafts are connected to chain gears(32) of driven shafts(31) provided on the right and left peripheries of a support member to assemble a resilient wheel(54) turning over aggregates carried on a belt conveyor(7) to be moved rearward. A central wheel shaft is connected to chain gears(42) of driven shafts(41) provided at a central portion of the support member to assemble a resilient wheel(64) turning over the aggregates carried on the belt conveyor and moved rearward. The resilient wheels are assembled in the wheel shafts to turn over the aggregates while moving in the opposite direction to the movement direction of the aggregates.
