PURPOSE: A 3D image display device is provided to change a pixel structure, thereby removing a mono domain phenomenon generated by a lenticular lens film. CONSTITUTION: A 3D stereoscopic image display device(110) includes a display panel(120), a polarization film(150), a patterned retarder(160) and a lenticular lens film(170). The display panel displays a left eye image and a right eye image. The polarization film is formed on the display panel. The patterned retarder is formed on the polarization film, and includes a left eye area changing the left eye image into a first polarization state and a right eye area changing the right eye image into a second polarization state. The lenticular lens film arranges a plurality of lenticular lenses to a vertical direction corresponding to the left eye area and the right eye area.
