AUTO GROUTING INJECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automation system for grout injection is provided to precisely control the speed of a servo motor using a PID controller and a motor driver. CONSTITUTION: An automation system(1) for grout injection comprises a grout pump(10), a servo motor(20), a pressure gauge(30), a flow meter(40), a PID controller(50), a motor driver(60), and a computer(70). The grout pump receives an injection material, which is a material for grouting, and discharges the received injection material through a discharge pipe(30) and a nozzle(5). The servo motor is installed in the grout pump to control the pumping speed of the grout pump. The pressure gauge is installed in the discharge pipe of the grout pump and outputs the pressure value of the injection material supplied from the grout pump. The PID controller is composed of an A/D converter(51), a micro processor(53), a communication converter(55), and an amplifier(57). The motor driver is electrically connected to the PID controller and controls the output of the servo motor. The computer communicates with the PID controller and the communication converter and displays and stores information through the pressure value transmitted through the communication converter.
