A solid/liquid phase change type laundry detergent is provided to obtain a detergent that is easy to use, leaves no residue after washing, allows stable application of various functional materials, and maintains its cleaning/softening properties for a long time. A solid/liquid phase change type laundry detergent is obtained by melting a surfactant that is present in a solid phase at room temperature and in a liquid phase at 50 deg.C or higher, mixing the molten surfactant with a detergent; and cooling and formulating the mixture. The surfactant is at least one nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of aliphatic alcohol derivative, fatty acid derivatives and nonylphenol ethoxylate. |
