PURPOSE: An electrophoresis display device, an apparatus for measuring a common voltage and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a manufacture yield by controlling driving voltage according to common voltage. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoresis display panel(11) includes a first substrate(12), a second substrate(13) and an electrophoresis layer(14). The electrophoresis layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. A memory unit(15) is combined with the electrophoresis display panel. A memory unit stores the common voltage of the electrophoresis display panel.
