PURPOSE: A plotting system of aerial photographing image capable of minimizing an optical error is provided to obtain an optical plotting image for plotting operation by confirming optimal photographing point and time by analyzing information about multiple coordinate reference points installed on the ground surface, and promptly photographs. CONSTITUTION: An RF transmitter(140) includes a core plate(141) and an external coating film(142). The core plate is flat-shaped, formed in the bottom surface and keeps the center of gravity. The external coating film prevents the inflow of moisture by coated on the outer surface of the core plate. A n external case in a conical shape(120) includes the RF transmitter and core plate inside, being made of light-transparent material, and forms a hole(H) in the upper part. An antenna string(143a) fixes one side on the bottom surface of the sphere shaped antenna placed on the hole of the external case, and fixes the other side on the upper part of the RF transmitter. |
