<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to prevent the conductance of a transparent electrode from declining at high temperature by blocking the oligomer leaking from a base component. CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant reinforcement layer(20) is formed at a base component(10). A transparent electrode(30) is formed with a conductive polymer at the heat-resistant reinforcement layer. The heat-resistant reinforcement layer has higher glass transition temperature than the base component. The heat-resistant reinforcement layer is glass, alumina, PEN(Polyethylene Naphthalate), PC(Polycarbonate), or a hard coating layer. The thickness of the heat-resistant reinforcement layer is 0.1-50 micrometer. The conductive polymer is a polythiophene, polypyrrole, polyphenylene, polyaniline or polyacetylene-based conductive polymer.</p> |
