<p>PURPOSE: A recycled sound absorbing and insulating material for a vehicle is provided to be used regardless of position and shape. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a recycled sound absorbing and insulating material for a vehicle is as follows. A polyurethane foam, a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) felt, HL(Heavy layer) sheets are gathered during scrapping a vehicle or through a process for a forming sound absorbing and insulating parts. Scraps(S) are acquired from one or more parts from the polyurethane foam, a PET felt, or HL sheets. The scraps are filled in a thermoplastic resin mesh net(100) and sealed by a thermoplastic resin mesh.</p> |
