PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a corrugated steel pipe with an integrated flange is provided to improve the coupling force between a flange body and a corrugated steel pipe by forming punched protrusions in the grooves or projections at both ends of the flange-integrated steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a corrugated steel pipe with an integrated flange comprises the steps of: uncoiling a steel sheet from an uncoiler, removing foreign materials from the top and bottom surfaces of the steel sheet by blasting, passing the steel sheet through rolling rollers to form grooves and projections, pressing engaged portions of the steel sheet to form corrugated steel pipes(10,10'), cutting and galvanizing the corrugated steel pipes, attaching polyethylene films or spraying a coating solution to the corrugated steel pipes, spraying air to the coating layer of the corrugated steel pipes to solidify the coating layer, forming holes(13) in the grooves and projections of the steel pipes using a punching machine to form punched protrusions, supplying molten synthetic resin to a flange body forming device to integrate a flange body(20) in the corrugated steel pipes, cooling the flange body and removing the body forming device to separate the corrugated steel pipes integrated with the flange body, forming coupling holes(24) in fixing projections(23) of the flange body to be aligned with fastening holes(32), and inspecting the exterior shape, thickness, and inner diameter of the corrugated steel pipes.
