PURPOSE: A carrier plate is provided to prevent damage due to electrode liquid of high temperature. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(110) comprises an upper metal plate(112) and an upper mesh net(113). A lower plate(120) comprises a lower metal plate(122) and a lower mesh net(123). The lower mesh net is made of the same material as that of the upper mesh net. The upper mesh net and lower mesh net are formed at the upper part and lower part of a receiving hole(131). The receiving hole comprises an upper receiving hole(111) and a lower receiving hole(121).
