CONSTITUTION: A water tub(120) includes a center rate(141) and an external coating film(142). The center rate is formed as a flat shape arranged on a low surface of an RF transmitter. The water tub accommodates water. The water tub floats the RF transmitter on the water. A cover(110) consists of a light transmitting material in order to enable a user to view the RF transmitter from the outside. The cover is fixed on the edge of the water tub with a bolt.
