FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry. The device contains a measuring, a transmission and an actuation mechanisms and a drive. The measuring mechanism includes a vertically positioned pusher, a prod and an elastic force element. The pusher is installed in motionless guides; the prod is mounted on the lower part of the pusher; the elastic force element represented by an extension spring is attached to the pusher with one end and to the motionless guide - with the other end. The transmission mechanism includes a driving link in the form of a plate with a cam slot, attached to the measuring mechanism pusher, and an output link in the form of a core one end whereof is conjugated to the driving link slot while another is conjugated to a bladed shaft.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce raw material loss.4 cl, 2 dwg |
