The device for perforating the capsule containing soluble or drawing product in the machine for making beverages comprises a housing with a first surface provided with at least one spur with a transverse wall. There is a ledge suitable for perforating the capsule wall in working position, and at least one fluid compound for connecting the first surface to the second opposite surface of the housing.
