FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology and can be used for suture fixation of intraocular lens in ciliary sulcus. After making cuts of conjunctiva and non-through cuts of sclera in zones of suture application through cut in sclera one of straight needle with thread, on the opposite end of which second needle is located, is passed into eye cavity from one side. Needle is brought out on sclera surface through cut in sclera from the opposite side, the second needle is left outside sclera. Passed thread is captured through corneal tunnel and brought out on the surface, after which thread is divided into two halves and cut. Simple knot, which is not tightened, is made on each of formed ends of thread. After that, each end of thread is passed through fixation hole in haptic part of intraocular lens and through opening of earlier formed knot, which is tightened by fixation of thread end and formation in this way of double thread. When thread is pulled through cut in sclera, second thread, fixed in knot, is brought on its surface, after which it is cut near knot. Submerged knot is formed by two obtained threads.EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma and increase quality of performed surgery. |
