FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: qualitative and quantitative direct determination of content of elements with molar mass less than 23 in inorganic materials is carried out by association analysis of multivariate data superposed on spectra obtained by exposing the materials to X-rays, and specifically using a spectral range between 5 keV and 22 keV.EFFECT: enabling analysis using a reliable and accurate direct determination of content of carbon in steel and alloys in non-destructive inspection conditions, without the need to switch off equipment and with possibility of use in operating conditions.6 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
