FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises filling flask 8 and sand frame with patterns arranged therein with sand blend, compacting said blend by compressed air pulses, additional compaction, and stripping of patters from half-moulds. Additional compaction is performed by pattern plate 18 by displacing it inside sand frame 7 built in working table 4 and located above flask 8 toward press grate whereto applied is counter pressure corresponding to preset half-mould compaction level.EFFECT: optimum distribution of compaction, higher accuracy, decreased deficiency of castings.8 cl, 3 dwg |
