<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a target signal of a coupled magnetic marker to be detected highly sensitively, by reducing influences of magnetic fields of uncoupled magnetic markers magnetized by residual magnetic fields in a sample solution. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic field of a measurement position is controlled so as to be perpendicular to the magnetized direction of the magnetic marker being an object to be measured, in order to make the magnetized direction of the magnetic marker being the object to be measured perpendicular to the magnetized direction of the uncoupled magnetic markers being magnetized by the residual magnetic fields in the sample solution. Since signals can be separated from the uncoupled magnetic markers, the target signal of the coupled magnetic marker can be measured highly sensitively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
