FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, petrochemical industries and medicine and may be used in agricultural wastes and effluents treatment. Activator comprises built-in flow energiser made up of several parallel rectangular plates that make through channels aligned with flow direction and distributed over activator cross-section. Some plates, next by one, are mounted to reciprocate and connected with electromagnetic drive.
