FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in analysis of data of arterial pressure wave shape. In realisation of methods of pressure determination and analysis of data of its wave shape set of preliminarily specified number of blood pressure measurements is obtained. Order of succession for blood pressure measurements is reversed in order to obtain set of reversed blood pressure. Set of reversed blood pressure is averaged to make set of average values represent shape of wave of moving average. Set of reversed blood pressure and shape of wave of moving average are superposed. Points of intersection of reversed shape of arterial wave pressure and shape of wave of moving average are identified, and central aortal systolic pressure is determined in form of closest to the point of intersection value of reversed blood pressure in set of reversed blood pressure. System for realisation of methods contains device for arterial pressure measurement and processing unit.
