FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. For scarification of beebread honeycombs 3, including surface destruction of solid shells of granules caps of beebread honeycombs, the beebread honeycombs 3 are located vertically in cassettes 1 of the rotor on which outer side a canvas 2 is fixed. When the rotor rotates under action of by centrifugal force the canvas 2 of the cassettes with the beebread honeycombs 3 bend along the circular arc, and the honeycombs 3 are deformed to form cracks in the granules caps and annular spaces between the wax walls of cells 5 of the beebread honeycombs 3 and the side walls of the granules. After scarification of one side of beebread honeycombs 3 they are removed from the cassettes 1, turn 180° and locate in the cassettes 1 with the repeat of cycle scarification on the other side of the honeycombs 3.EFFECT: invention provides maintenance of integrity of beebread granules, their taste and vitamins they contain.6 dwg |
