PURPOSE: A certified emission reduction generation method based on the amount of charge charged in an electric vehicle is provided to supply a compensation service for certified emission reduction to a driver who drives the electric vehicle, thereby extending use of the electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The amount of charge in an electric vehicle is detected. A driving distance of the electric vehicle is calculated by using the amount of charge(S71).
