PURPOSE: A heterocyclic compound is provided to have excellent light-emitting performance, and electron transportability, thereby being capable of providing an organic light emitting device with high efficiency, low voltage, high luminance and long life time. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of R1-R3 is respectively hydrogen, deuterium, a C1-60 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, a C2-60 substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, a C3-60 substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, a C1-60 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy, a C5-60 substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy, a C5-60 substituted or unsubstituted arylthio, a C5-60 substituted or unsubstituted aryl, an amino substituted by C5-60 aryl or C3-60 heteroaryl, a C3-60 substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, a C6-60 substituted or unsubstituted fused polycyclic group, halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxy, or carboxy, and A is a substituted or unsubstituted phenanthrene.
