PURPOSE: A bicycle with a movable chain and eccentric pedals are provided to satisfy adults and children with one bicycle as the position of feet can be controlled by moving the height of a chain in a state where the height of a saddle is kept. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle with a movable chain and eccentric pedals comprises a body frame, a pedal part, a chain part, and a coupling member. The body frame has longitudinal movable grooves in both sides thereof. The pedal part comprises a crank and a pair of pedals. The pedals are rotatably coupled to the crank part at right angle. One of the pedals is heavier than the other pedal. A chain center shaft moving along the movable grooves of the body frame is formed in the chain part. The coupling member firmly couples both ends of the chain center shaft to the movable grooves.
