PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve external light extraction efficiency by changing a path of light which is vertically inputted to a pad electrode through a reflection layer with a preset pattern. CONSTITUTION: A second conductive semiconductor layer(116) is formed on a reflection layer(124). The reflection layer includes a preset pattern(P). An active layer(114) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A first conductive semiconductor layer(112) is formed on the active layer. A pad electrode(150) is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer.
