PURPOSE: Black-box information sharing system and a method are provided to prevent forgery/modulation when information sharing through producing password of information recorded in the black-box, thereby secure integrity of original information. CONSTITUTION: Black-box device(110) records image, and stores accident video file among the image as file. The first user input unit(120) receives password for producing image password from user. The image password unit(140) produces password of accident video file based on the password or password sequence. The first control unit(160) controls operation of the black-box device, and provides password of accident video file to service server. Communications terminal downloads, decodes and plays the accident video file stored in the service server.
