PDMS BLOCK BOM AUTOMATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automatic BOM system is provided to recognize the shape of an accurate block by modeling block information by using a 3D CAD. CONSTITUTION: A PDMS includes a control unit(100) corresponding to a CPU. Block information DB(110) stores a block and block division information. A block 3D information generating module(150) defines a block volume in drawing information. Block volume 3D information DB(120) stores information generated in the block 3D information generation module. BOM extraction rule set information DB(130) classifies an object of 3D PDMS. A BOM information extracting module(160) extracts the amount of BOM in the block. BOM information DB(140) stores the BOM information extracted from the BOM information extracting module.
