<p>PURPOSE: A method of controlling data traffic in TDD system using several components carrier wave and a device are provided to effectively operate a network through another SCell by sending A/N. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second component carrier wave comprise uplink and downlink subframes in a TDD method. A mobile signal which includes data transmits from more than one component carrier wave among element carrier wave which includes the first and the second component carrier wave to the radio signal which includes data. A radio signal including answer controlling information about the data through the second component carrier wave is received from the user terminal. The second component carrier wave comes under different TDD establishment at the first component carrier wave and composition of subframe of downlink and uplink.
