PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce power consumption by using a solar cell as an internal energy source. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(30) is formed on a substrate. A reflection electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a transparent electrode are successively laminated on the organic light emitting device. A solar cell part(40) is formed on the organic light emitting device. A sealing member(50) is formed on one side of the organic light emitting device and the solar cell part. The sealing member is composed of a transparent insulation substrate.
