PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve a viewing angel by compensating a color shift due to a viewing angle by an optical compensation member. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(1) is formed on a substrate(10). The organic light emitting device includes a pixel electrode(20), an organic light emitting layer(30), and an opposing electrode(40). A sealing unit(50) is located on the opposing electrode. A phase delay layer(60) is formed on the sealing unit. A first polarizing plate(70) is formed on the phase delay layer. An optical compensation member(80) is formed on the first polarization plate.
