PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a contrast by easily forming electrodes of a capacitor for electric driving. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT) is formed on a substrate. A first gate insulation layer is arranged between a gate electrode(107) and an active layer. A first electrode(104) is arranged between the substrate and the first gate insulation layer. An intermediate layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on the intermediate layer.
